Russian Potato Salad Olivier.
This a post about my favorite salad, which we used to make very often in Russia and America. It's kind of signature dish from Soviet Union. Everybody loves it and everybody knows how to do it. It's easy and delicious. I think, it's one of the reasons, many americans have already adopted such simple Soviet delicatecy. I found this post on Internet and would like to share with you. Believe me, it's quite interesting to know how americans make our favorite salad.
